by following a few simple steps.

Fill in the repair form.

Submit your request and you will then receive the quote for the repair on your e-mail.

Once you approve the repair cost you will have to send us your device.

You can visit your nearest courier, ACS or GAP Akis Express, or visit our store to drop off your device.

Send your device to: MEGA OFFI-TECH ELECTRONICS LTD, Tseriou 11, Strovolos,  2040, Nicosia.

Inform the courier to charge MEGA OFFI-TECH ELECTRONICS LTD for the shipping fees*.

Once we receive your device we will send it back to you within 48 hours**.

Payment method 

You can pay the courier when your device is delivered. If you wish to pay through a different method please contact us.

Notes: 

If your device cannot be repaired, we shall send it back to you with a €10 transportation charge. Same charge (€10) applies if you decide not to repair your device. 

Please remove and keep your SIM card before sending your device. If your battery is removable, please remove it, and send it separately along with your device for safety reasons.

*Shipping is free for all packages under 3kg and highly discounted for larger packages.

**Difficult and complex repairs might take up to 7 days to ship back.
