By accessing and/or using the Website you confirm that you are a User over the age of 18 years, are permitted to use this Website and that you consent to and/or agree with the present Terms. The Website has been created, is administered and remains the property and/or intellectual property of MEGA OFFI-TECH ELECTRONICS LTD (the “Company”).
These Terms govern your access to the Website. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, then you should not use this Website. For clarification purposes, in these Terms, references to “we”, “us”, “our” and “ourselves” are references to the Company and any of its subsidiaries, owners, employees or associates.
The Company reserves the right to proceed to changes to and/or amendments to and/or update the present Terms at any moment and without notice and the amended Terms shall be published on this Website. You will be bound by such updated Terms from the time they are posted on this Website. We would advise you to periodically visit this Website and these Terms to ensure that you are up to date with any changes that have been made. Your continuous use of this Website and the utilization of and/or reliance on information contained in this Website, imply your unconditional acceptance to these Terms.
The text of these Terms and the Privacy Policy are in the Greek and English Languages. In case of discrepancies between the Greek version and the English version or dispute concerning their interpretation, the Greek version shall prevail.

By using this Website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by us for the purpose of your registration and/or purchasing products.
ACCOUNT CREATION
The use of and access to the Website is free and free of charge for all users. For the purchase of products, your registration to our system is necessary.
By registering to our system you confirm that you are a User over the age of 18 years, are permitted to use this Website, all data you provide to us are true and that you consent to and/or agree with the present Terms.
Following registration, you can always access and amend your personal information. The Company maintains the right to refuse to provide services to you and/or terminate your account, for any reason and without notice.
You remain liable for maintaining your account, as well as your username and access password. The Company does not accept liability in case of unauthorized use of your account and/or loss of your username and access password.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable guidelines or policies.

PRODUCTS PURCHASE
The Company reserves the right to alter and/or increase the prices of products displayed on the Website. The current price of each product is finalized at the time of purchase of the product by the user and includes the applicable VAT.
We do not guarantee the availability of all products displayed for sale on the Website and therefore the Company reserves the right to cancel any order without notice.
You can be notified by email about product availability, if you so choose.
The Company trades in products of excellent quality, fully conformed with the manufacturer’s description. However, there may be variation on the product and/or packaging and/or materials used. This is solely due to the manufacturer and the Company assumes or accepts no responsibility for such differences. The information we provide regarding the products is indicative and users/buyers are encouraged to make their own assessments.
PRODUCTS PURCHASE PAYMENT
The payment for the purchase of a product can be made in cash, upon receipt of the product from the Company’s offices or electronically via PayPal on the online shop of the website www.megaeshop.com.cy.com.
With payment, a receipt and/or invoice and/or order confirmation shall be sent to you via email.
DELIVERY/RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
Products are delivered and/or received only in Cyprus and during working days and hours.
You can receive your products from the Company’s offices, when you first receive a relevant email informing you for their preparation for receipt.
You may also have your products delivered at your door, by courier service, at the cost of €5 per order. For orders over €30 the shipping cost is free. Furthermore, you may receive your products from any delivery point of the couriers with which we cooperate, which are ACS and GAP Akis Express.
The preparation for receipt/delivery of purchased products is not immediate. The Company will do its best to prepare your product as soon as practically possible, subject to availability. The Company does not guarantee exact delivery times and does not accept liability for preparation and/or delivery delays and/or fails, that occur for any reason beyond the control of the Company.
PRODUCT RETURN AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Company trades in products of excellent quality and is bound by the provisions of the in-force Sale of Goods Law (10(I)/1994) and Certain Aspects of the Sale of Consumer Goods and Related Guarantees Law (7(I)/2000).

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Consumers are provided with the right to return the products they have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery/receipt of the product, at the Company’s offices, together with the purchase/payment receipt.
The product that is being returned can only be replaced with another product and any difference in value between the products will be paid by the consumer and/or credited to him, for which a credit note shall be issued, for future purchases of our products. Refunds are not allowed.
In order for the Company to accept the return a product, the product must be intact, unused and sealed in its original packaging. The examination of compliance with the aforementioned shall be done by any representative of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse the return of a product if there is no compliance with the above requirements.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You are entitled to cancel your order of any product, as follows:
- If you have opted receive your product from the Company’s offices, within 24 hours following receipt of your order by the Company.
- If you have opted to have your product delivered to you, at any point prior to the receipt of the product by the delivery service provider.
After the product has been handed over to and/or received by the delivery service provider, cancellation of your order is no longer available to you.
You may however, return the product, as per the provisions of the Product Return Policy.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The present Limited Warranty is given by the Company (MEGA OFFI-TECH ELECTRONICS LTD, Registration No: HE64763, VAT No: 10064763P) to consumers who have purchased a product by the Company, in relation to any defects or malfunction of the product.
The Company is bound by and warrants that:
a. It trades in products of excellent quality, fully conformed with the manufacturer’s description.
b. It is subject to the provisions of the in-force Sale of Goods Law (10(I)/1994) and Certain Aspects of the Sale of Consumer Goods and Related Guarantees Law (7(I)/2000).
c. The present Limited Warranty does not limit any consumer rights arising from any Legislation.
In accordance with the provisions of s. 7 of the Certain Aspects of the Sale of Consumer Goods and Related Guarantees Law (7(I)/2000), the duration of the present Limited Warranty is 24 months from the initial purchase of a product, and it is immaterial whether such product has been repaired, replaced or otherwise exchanged, for which no additional warranty duration is provided.
Within the aforementioned period of Limited Warranty, the Company is obligated to repair or replace any faulty products for free, if it has been notified by the consumer for the product fault, within two months from the date on date at which he realized the fault.
The Limited Warranty does not apply when:
- there is natural wear and tear
- there is inappropriate, bad or unauthorized use of the product
- there has been an accident or drop of the product
- the is alteration of the product or its serial numbers
- there is use of the product beyond its technical specifications
- there is misuse, upgrade or operation of the product software
- the product has been influenced by any person, including the consumer, who does not belong or is related to the Company
- it concerns humidity/water damage
- the original purchase invoice for the product is not provided
Any repair or replacement of any product, not covered by this Limited Warranty, will be charged accordingly, provided that the consumer consents to such charge and the Company shall not be liable for any loss during the repair of the product.
