Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. To deliver your orders, we share your name, delivery address or selected pickup office or locker, telephone number, email address and order reference with our courier partners in Cyprus, ACS Courier and GAP Akis Express. They use this information only to deliver your order and to contact you about the delivery. Mega OffiTech Electronics Ltd does not sell or trade your personal data to any third parties.
Delivery location and pickup point maps
At checkout you can use the “Find offices near me” or “Use my location” buttons to find the nearest GAP Akis Express office or ACS Courier office or locker. Your browser asks for your permission first. Your location is used only on your device to sort the nearest pickup points, and it is not sent to or stored by us.
The ACS Courier pickup map is provided through OpenStreetMap. When you choose collection from ACS Courier or search the map, your postcode and address and your IP address are sent to OpenStreetMap services to show the map and find nearby pickup points. Map files and pickup point images are also loaded from unpkg.com and ACS Courier servers, which receive your IP address. These services are used only to help you choose a pickup point.

If you leave a comment or place an order, the data and its metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-up transactions automatically. For registered users, we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have placed orders, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that Mega OffiTech Electronics Ltd erases any personal data we hold about you, excluding data kept for administrative, legal, or security obligations under Cyprus and EU law.
