Overview
At Mega OffiTech Electronics Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our Refund & Returns Policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all security seals, manuals, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Personal care electronics or products with broken security seals
To process your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
• Electronic products showing signs of use or opened packaging
• Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected by the Mega OffiTech Electronics Ltd team, we will notify you by email or phone regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. Processing times often vary.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged upon delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us at megaoffi@cy.net or call +357 22 314440.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total.
For high-value electronic items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
