Maintenance & Care Tips

• Clip Placement Order: Always push the 4 mm PTFE tube all the way into the pneumatic fitting first, then slide the retaining clip into the gap beneath the release collar.
• Removing PTFE Tubes: You must remove the retaining ring before trying to detach a tube. Attempting to pull out the PTFE tube while the retaining clip is installed will damage the fitting's internal steel teeth or tear the tube wall.
• Keep Spares Handset: Due to their small size, retaining clips are easy to drop or lose during maintenance. Ensure the clip is firmly seated flush against the fitting body so it doesn't vibrate loose during high-acceleration prints (600 mm/s).
